Description
Built by Samuel Cupples in 1888 at a cost of $500,000, the 42 room Romaneque mansion is constructed out of intricately carved sandstone and granite. The interior features paneling of exotic woods, parquet floors, Tiffany stained glass, and St. Louis ironwork. The house is furnished with period pieces. The former bowling alley now serves as an art gallery.
