Description
The 17 room mansion built in 1892 for Fred Kuser sits on the restored 22 acre estate. The Kuser family was instrumental in forming the Fox Film Co. (later 20th Century Fox) and the house features a private projection and viewing room. Other rooms are furnished with original and period pieces.

I took a tour on a Sat. I was the only one on the tour but it was a great experience! My guide Rachel was very knowledgeable about both the house and the family. I like the use of mannequins in some of the rooms because it reminds you that 100 years ago this was a real home to real people.
The grounds surrounding the house are beautifully maintained and there a numerous tables for picnicking. I highly recommend this tour.
